Entertainer Denno is enjoying the success of his hit single Caan Stop Dah Yute Yah.
The single, which tells the all-too-familiar story of a struggling artiste, promises adversaries that they can never stop its narrator. Indeed, this is the reality for the Clarendon-born young talent.
The single has climbed to, and maintains its dominance in top-10 positions on Hype TV, Pree Dis and Stampede Street charts.
To 23-year-old Denno, this means success. "It means a lot, because knowing the hard work I've done and to know it paid off. It feels good," he reaffirmed THE WEEKEND STAR.
Denno recalled the late nights and constant communication with disc jockeys, revelling in the fact that all that hard work has paid off. "I'm making the success one by one," he said.
Managed by Master One Productions, Denno is already looking forward to producing other singles. He is currently working on Straight, which carries a dancehall vibe, Love Me, a one-drop love song and Buck, a summer song produced by Hitz 92 FM radio jock ZJ Dymond. Denno will also be releasing videos for Love Me and Dem Nuh Real.
Dem Wah Kill Me, Mi Feel It, and the above stated singles are all on rotation both locally and overseas. Denno is looking forward to collaborating with Fyakin.
The fast-rising artiste will be performing on General Degree's Manchester Fiesta on August 1, and Capleton's St Mary Mi Come From stage show on August 5.
